What can you customise?
We offer custom clothing, workwear, personalised products and items for businesses, teams and events.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum order on most personalised products. Larger/bulk orders are also welcome.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes. Send us your artwork or idea and we'll let you know if it's suitable for production.
I don't have a design — can you help?
Yes. We can work with your idea and help create a design for your order.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity and design. We'll confirm the expected timeframe before your order is produced.
Can I order clothing in different sizes?
Yes. We can accommodate mixed sizes and quantities. Just provide the details when requesting a quote.
Do you offer business and team orders?
Yes. We provide workwear, team clothing, dance/event clothing and bulk orders.
Can I see a proof before production?
Where applicable, we'll confirm the design/details with you before production.
How do I place an order?

1. Orders
All orders must be confirmed before production begins. Once an order has been approved for production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2. Personalised Products
Personalised and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer and cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
3. Customer Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, names or other content supplied to us is correct and that they have permission to use it.
4. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, sizes, colours and other details before production. Once approved, Al's Custom Lab cannot be responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment arrangements will be confirmed when your quote is provided. Production will normally begin once the required payment has been received.
6. Turnaround
Estimated turnaround times will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Delays may occasionally occur due to stock availability, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control.
7. Product Colours & Appearance
Colours shown on screens may vary slightly from the final printed or physical product.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Quotes
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may change if the requirements, quantities, products or artwork change.
10. Our Right to Refuse an Order
We reserve the right to refuse an order where the requested content, artwork or product may be unlawful, infringe third-party rights, or otherwise cannot reasonably be produced.
